PVC vinyl action figure with multiple points of articulation and removable accessories. Figure stands at about 6 inches tall. Toy is still sealed in the original package. Toy is in new condition, package is in very good condition with only minor creases and wear on the cardboard backer. Made in China by Sega Japan. 1995.
